    • Method: Marinate the cleaned squid in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and chili peppers for about 30 minutes. Stuff the squid with chopped onions and tomatoes. Grill over high heat until the squid is cooked through and slightly charred.

Storage Tips:

  • Refrigeration: Store fresh squid in the refrigerator if you plan to use it within a day or two. Keep it in an airtight container or wrap it tightly in plastic wrap.
  • Freezing: For longer storage, freeze the squid. Place it in a freezer-safe bag, removing as much air as possible before sealing. It can be stored in the freezer for up to three months.
