DeliGOOD OX TRIPE is a type of edible offal that comes from the stomach lining of an ox. It is known for its unique texture and mild flavor, which can absorb the flavors of the ingredients it is cooked with. Tripe is typically cleaned, boiled, and bleached, giving it a white color and a slightly chewy texture.

Culinary Uses: Ox tripe is versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes. It is often found in soups, stews, and sauced dishes. Popular recipes include Filipino “kare-kare” (oxtail and tripe stew). As well as well loved goto lugaw (ox tripe porridge) and callos. Oxtripe is typically slow-cooked to tenderize it and allow it to absorb the flavors of the dish.

Storage: Fresh tripe should be stored in the refrigerator and used within a few days. It can also be frozen for longer storage.
